We create celebrations that feel deeply personal, visually distinctive, and effortless for every guest.
Élan Events is a boutique planning and design studio for people who care how things feel. We take on a small number of weddings and celebrations each year — never two at once — so every event receives the studio's full attention.
From first conversation to last dance, we design and produce every detail: the place, the light, the table, the music, the pace of the evening. Our clients tend to describe the result the same way — like the best night of their lives, only calmer.

A Mediterranean Weddingin Mallorca
Claire & Thomas — three days in the Serra de Tramuntana, June 2025.
Eighty-six guests flew in from eleven countries. What they found was not a schedule but a rhythm: a citrus-grove dinner to arrive to, vows beneath thousand-year olives, and a courtyard that refused to let the evening end.

No aisle runner, no arch for the sake of an arch — just dry-stone walls, dappled light and chairs set close enough that every guest could hear the vows without a microphone.
The courtyard glowed until two, and nobody reached for their coat.

06 — The Last Dance
By the end, the band had played one encore too many and the kitchen had sent out a second round of ensaïmadas. That is usually how you know.

Discovery
We begin with conversation, not concepts. Who you are, how you host, the moments you want to keep forever — and the ones you'd rather skip. From this we shape a clear brief and an honest budget.

Creative Direction
One narrative told through everything: place, palette, paper, flowers, food, light and music. We present a single considered direction — then refine it with you until it feels inevitable.

Planning & Production
Venues held, artisans booked, logistics mapped to the minute. You see a calm surface; beneath it sits a production schedule that accounts for everything — including the weather.

Guest Experience
We design the celebration from your guests' point of view: arrivals, rooms, translations, children, chairs in the shade. Guests who feel cared for make the best memories.

The Event Day
Our team leads the day so no one else has to. Timings, weather calls, quiet corrections — handled invisibly. You are, at last, a guest at your own celebration.

Amelia Laurent
Founder & Creative Director
Amelia spent seven years producing fashion shows and editorial shoots between Paris and London — until a friend's wedding on the Amalfi Coast quietly changed the direction of everything. She founded Élan in 2016 with a simple conviction: a celebration can be produced with the rigour of a couture show and still feel like the warmest evening of your life.
She remains personally involved in every event the studio takes on — obsessive about light, honest about budgets, and usually the first to arrive on site. Clients tend to arrive as clients and leave as friends who call her first with good news.
A great celebration isn't about more. It's one clear feeling, held from the first glass to the last dance.
Nº 08 — Kind Words
Amelia gave us a weekend we still can't quite believe was ours. Every detail felt like us — and we never once looked at a clock.
My father cried twice: once during the toasts, and once when he saw the garden. That second one — that was Élan.
She said yes before I'd finished the question. The terrace, the light, the quartet — none of it felt staged. It felt inevitable.
